The coif is a simple white headcovering worn by women and girls in the 1600s. 17th-century coifs were linen, our is a crisp poly-cotton blend with the drawstring in the back to secure it prpoerly to your head. It looks just right to top off your "Pilgrim" costume for school or church plays, or Thanksgiving dinner. Available in both adult and children's sizes. Machine washable. Made in the USA.
