Shipping and Delivery
Our prices do not include shipping. For shipping within the continental United States, we use UPS. Please see prices on the check out page. Additional charges for Alaska or Hawaii, as well as next day and second day delivery, are indicated on the shipping chart. With standard delivery to the contiguous United States, most orders will arrive within 5–10 business days. We will inform you by mail or email of any delay in shipping that exceeds 30 days. Your order may be shipped in separate parcels on separate days, but you will only be charged once for delivery of all shipments. For orders placed between December 23, 2013 and January 8, 2014, shipping may be delayed until January 9 or 10, 2014 due to holiday shop hours.

Please contact us with questions on international deliveries. Some international shipping is available. We will be happy to give you a quote based on your order and the destination.

Privacy and Security
Please be assured that we do not collect your email address or other contact information unless you knowingly provide us with that information when you send us an email or place an order. Plimoth Plantation makes every reasonable effort to ensure that all of the transactions that occur on our Web site are secure. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We do not make our customer email addresses available to any other organizations or companies.

Returns and Replacements
Our goal is that the merchandise you receive is in perfect condition. We want you to be happy with your purchase. However if you’ve changed your mind about an item or something does not meet your expectations, you may return it, provided the merchandise is in the original packaging and in unused, saleable condition (unless of course the merchandise was damaged or defective at the time you received it). Please return within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. A full refund or exchange (less shipping charges) will be given in the same tender used to pay for your order. Please note! We only accept returns on DVDs or CDs when they are actually found to be defective in some way. In that case we will do an exchange only. Unopened shrink-wrapped DVDs or CDs may also be returned for refund or exchange.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD,AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER. You can also pay by personal check or money order. Schools, libraries and other museums can use a purchase order to buy items and we will send an invoice for the purchase. Please contact us for further information.
