Felt 'Pilgrim' Hat
In the 17th-century both men and women wore hats similar to these. The English colonists' hats were made of beaver felt - the most popular material for hats throughout the 1600s and 1700s. The fur trade with Native People here was largely due to the demand for beaver pelts in Europe to be used in hat-making. Our hats are made of the finest quality woolen felt. Available in a variety of sizes in Black and Grey.
