Shipping

Orders are processed Monday - Friday and are usually sent out same-day to 2 days after your order is placed. Orders being delivered within the United States are shipped with USPS and UPS. Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. With standard delivery to the contiguous United States, most orders will arrive within 3-10 business days. We currently only offer standard shipping at checkout, but if you need your package sooner, please contact us before placing your order to purchase expedited shipping. Your order may be shipped in separate parcels on separate days, but you will only be charged once for delivery of all shipments. We use recycled packing materials whenever possible — which is most of the time!

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your PPM Shop purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving the merchandise, provided the merchandise is in the original packaging and in unused, saleable condition. The refund will be given in the same tender used to pay for your order. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Please note: In the event that your purchase of a DVD is found to be defective in some way, we will do an exchange only.

Damaged Merchandise

If an item is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us for a replacement.
