I purchased a Mayflower II Reclaimed Wood Pen as a Christmas present for my wife. Although she acknowledged the pen's quality, she was disappointed that it lacked, at the very least, a description of the reclaimed wood's origins or a certificate of authenticity. Despite sending two emails to the museum inquiring about this matter, I did not receive any response. Given the considerable cost of these pens, I find it reasonable to expect such documentation, particularly considering their historical significance. It is not immediately apparent where the wood for the pens was sourced, and while I acknowledge that the product description makes no mention of including such documentation, my frustration lies with the museum staff responsible for email communication. Their failure to respond is unprofessional, and I would expect a higher level of service from this organization.
We appreciate your feedback and are so sorry to hear that you’ve had a frustrating experience. We would love the opportunity to make things right for you. Unfortunately, we have not received any emails from you. Please contact us at email@example.com so that we may assist you.
