Plimoth Kitchen & Apothecary
Our historical kitchen gardens bloom plentifully throughout the summer thanks to the work of our bees and our talented staff who tend each garden with skill and care. Visitors to our open-air museum enjoy the sight and scents of the beautiful herbs that flourish here.
We've captured the fragrances and 'virtues' of common herbs and spices used in the 1600s in our Plimoth Kitchen & Apothecary range. Made by hand in small batches here at the museum, our herbal products are inspired by 17th-century recipes.
The names of our products reflect the historic uses of the individual herbs, and are in no way intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. But we think you will be delighted by the flavors of our spice blends and fragrances of our apothecary products.
