Sailor's Bay Soap

Sailors in the 1800s who were awfully smelly from weeks at sea, began steeping the leaves of the West Indies bay tree in rum and using it as a cologne, hence the bay rum scent was born. The Sailor's Bay bar features West Indies bay leaf essential oil with vanilla, nutmeg, and cloves to replicate the spicy scent of the traditional fragrance.

Sailor's Bay has a nautical look with a blue and ivory stripe with a special barnacle texture on the top. 

This small-batch soap is handcrafted using traditional cold process method.
