New England Sea Salt - Four Pack

This delicious sea salt is made on Martha's Vineyard in small batches using a solar drying process. Open Atlantic Ocean water is filtered to remove sand, shells, and small sea creatures before being set out in large, covered ponds to dry. When the water has evaporated, the resulting sea salt is scooped and packaged.

This set of 4 mini jars of salt will conjure up your favorite New England memories. Jars come packaged on an information card that provides descriptions of each blend and ideal food pairings.
